Terms and Conditions
General
We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it (including prices).
The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are as set out and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery will be charged in addition, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed where they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom.
Festivefigures.com cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
Orders can be placed on-line, via fax, or by post for delivery in the UK.
Payment
We accept most credit or debit cards or cheque; all prices are in (£) sterling and include VAT.
Credit and Debit Card Payments
All card payments (with the exception of Time, Amex and those by customers receiving a VAT invoice) are processed by xxxxxxxx. You pay them a 2.5% fee, which is included in the total; the balance is paid to festivefigures. The total amount you pay is the same, regardless of the payment method.
Credit and debit card payments are deducted at the time of purchase. Payments by cheque will be processed upon receipt and goods will only be despatched when full payment has cleared.
Delivery Charges
Goods purchased with a total value less than £50 will be subject to carriage charge of £6. Goods purchased with a total value greater than £50 will be delivered free of charge (UK Mainland only).
Delivery Of Goods
All goods are despatched within 72 hours of receipt of order (on orders received before 12.00 Noon) except for weekends and bank holidays.
For example:
Orders received after 12.00 Noon will be carried over to the next working day. Goods that are delivered by carrier will require a signature to confirm receipt of the goods.
Guarantee
All goods are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase, however, the guarantee is void if the goods when returned show signs of misuse, neglect, damaged caused by accident or the goods have been altered or modified electrically. This guarantee does not apply outside the UK.
In accordance with the European directive on distance selling and Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days starting the day after your receive your goods.
You must return your order to us at Centurion Way, Roman Road Industrial Estate, Blackburn, BB1 2LD, or contact us by calling 01254 671177 or Email us at info@festivefigures.co.uk to arrange collection. You will be given a full refund, less delivery costs within 30 days.
In some cases we may be unable to prevent your order from being dispatched to you. In this case we will arrange for your order to be collected at your convenience (see our returns and refunds policy).
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the product or issue a full refund to you including delivery charges.
If you are not satisfied with the order you have received from festivefigures.com you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery. We will exchange or refund any unused items returned to us, as sold in their original condition, with the Sales Invoice received with your order.
The collection of the goods will be arranged through our nominated delivery carrier and the cost of return will be at your expense.

Calls are charged at national rate. Lines are open 8.30am – 4.30pm weekdays.
Claims
Goods that are lost or damaged in transit must be made in writing. In the case of non-delivery, please allow 10 days just in case the delivery has been delayed. Damaged goods and packaging must be retained for inspection.
Refunds
Refunds will be made to customers who have purchased goods from festivefigures.com and can supply a copy of the purchase receipt, the goods should be returned in a new condition complete with the original packaging. Refunds will not be made where goods have been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, or have been modified electrically or returned without a purchase receipt.
Where goods are purchased by cheque, refunds will only be made after 5 working days have elapsed following the date of purchase and a copy of the purchase receipt is submitted. Refunds will be made by cheque.
Where goods are purchased by credit or debit card, refunds will only be made to the original card account used for the transaction. A copy of the customer credit, debit card receipt and store receipt must also be submitted.
We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of Weltonhurst.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.
We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. All sizes quoted are approximate.
Before working with electricity you should always consult an appropriate professional electrician. Always read and follow any relevant safety instructions. When working with electricity always turn off the mains.
To the extent permitted by law, Weltonhurst accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising as a consequence of the advice provided.
These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
In these terms and conditions:-
"festivefigures" means, festivefigures.com, Weltonhurst Limited and any other connected organisation that supplies the goods ordered by you and any successor to its business;
"We and Us" means festivefigures.com and Weltonhurst Limited either alone or together with you, as the context requires;
"Working day" means every day of the year except weekends, and English statutory and public holidays;
"You" means the person ordering goods subject to these terms and conditions;
None of the above conditions affects your statutory rights.
Festive Lights recommends that you do not work with live electrical equipment; neither should you attempt to undertake any repair, unless you are suitably qualified and competent.
